Aesthetic design counts too! Casual players who may never be pro can still enjoy the game and contribute to a healthy community for SF6. It's not only about a logical thinking on which numbers are the best. The new game mode with custom avatars and everything else is proof of that. Street Fighter 6 is definitely trying to go beyond "real players who play fighting games". Originally posted by Kenuty:a real player who really plays fighting game looks at time frame, the input and the movement in the game and so far top notch, everything else is secondary. I hope that in this street fighter, Cody will have the appearance of the final fight again, that Mayor Cody was also ridiculous. The Nostalgia skin was really cool, im glad at least Capcom add this, so the original ryu can still be accessed by its fans. Or simply let the "SkiN" nostalgia that's already in the game be the original Ryu. They could have given a brand new, well-crafted Kimono, with some nice details, and made his appearance more "Nostalgic" as it was in SUper Street Fighter II. They just left the red band on the head, otherwise no one would know it was Ryu. He lost the serious and intimidating personality he had, they removed his Karate Kimono, and gave him that beard that looked ridiculous. Ryu in this Street Fighter is practically another character. I like when they make some changes, but changes that keep the essence of the character without modifying it to the point where it looks like another character and loses its essence. Ryu is a timeless character he isn't meant to age or look like Zangief. Originally posted by ResultedWorld:My main take aways from the demo.
